Bellabox December

(Last Updated On: December 18, 2012)

I was really glad to finally receive my Bellabox yesterday afternoon. I have been seeing everyone else’s Bellabox and naturally, I was excited to receive the really special product in this month’s box!

John Frieda Frizz-Ease Secret Weapon Flawless Finishing Creme

RRP: $16.99 for 113g | Received 30ml sample

This is my first John Frieda product and my first impression is that it smells really really good! This is a finishing creme to be used on “dry strands to tame flyaways” and “reduce fluffy volume”. I do have lots of flyaways that definitely need to be tamed (and my poor bub has obviously inherited my flyaways + Husband’s frizzy hair) so I can’t wait to give this a go.

Savoir Faire Limited Edition Kit

RRP: $110 | Received full sized product

Now this is the real deal and the awesome item everyone has been so thrilled about! There is no mistake, no typo – we received this Savoir Faire LIMITED EDITION kit worth $110 in our December Bellabox. How much do we pay for our Bellaboxes again? Only $15 a month. Seriously, I do not think any of the beauty boxes can beat this. Bellabox, you have done so impressively and tremendously well! And I will not be surprised if many people flock to order this month’s Bellabox just to receive this kit! Why not?

I have already stressed that this is a Limited Edition box in caps, no less! This kit comes in either Summer or Winter editions and you will receive either one. Each kit contains 6 eyeshadows, a blush, an eyeliner, a mascara and a lipgloss. There is also a mirror in the box.

I received the Winter edition and here are the swatches of the eyeshadows. I have taken the following information from www.bellabox.com.au

6 eye shadow shades offering colour combinations from natural to intense –
1. ‘Devout’ (cream gold)
2. ‘Kinetic’ (purple red)
3. ‘Immortal’ (matte black)
4. ‘Spicy’ (burnt orange)
5. ‘Liberating’ (deep blue)
6. ‘Vivacious’ (dark emerald green)

Blush (‘Devoted’)

Onyx’ eyeliner – Beautifully creamy texture for an easy to blend, intense colour

Noir Black Mascara – New deep black formula for fantastic dark lashings of colour

‘Je t´aime’ lip gloss – A sheer brown colour infused with apple pie flavours to provide a delectable and hydrating shine (Best tasting lip gloss I have ever had. It actually tastes really sweet!)

Allegra Rhodes Hand and Nail Cream

RRP: $32.95 for 175ml | Received 5ml sample

Once again, this smells really nice! Not surprising at all, considering it contains Sweet Apple & Grapegruit scents. This is available in 4 scents and when I run out of hand creams (probably not in the near future though), this is the one that I will get in full size.

Emerginc Multi Fruit Cleanser & Emerginc Earth Hydrating Phytelene Cream

RRP: $55 for 240ml; $$109 for 50ml | Received 3ml samples of each

I have quite a few Emerginc samples lurking around my beauty cupboard now and I have yet to try any of them. The fruit cleanser does sound very enticing though. I like anything that smells (or at least, sounds) citrus-y. These contain “super healthy and fresh plant and fruit-derived” ingredients to “nurture and protect” your skin.

Compeed

RRP: $11.95 | Received 1 blister patch

This product was really intriguing and I had to read the description a couple of times. It is bascally a patch that help act as a “second layer of skin” so as to “prevent new blisters from forming”. Meanwhile, it also helps to soothe and heal already existing blisters.

Overall, I am tremendously satisfied with this month’s Bellabox. What an exciting note to end the year on for Bellabox customers too! If you do not want to miss out on this box, do hurry as Bellabox is still collecting orders while stocks last! You can visit www.bellabox.com.au for more information.
