Difference Between a Tinted Moisturizer and BB Cream

They feel similar, but there are fundamental differences. BB creams are basically all-in-one products that work to conceal any sort of blemishes and are usually thicker or heavier. The main difference is that BB creams aren’t necessarily meant to moisturize, so they don’t provide the same level of hydration.
